Loan Vault Pro ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information within the Loan Vault Pro Android application.

 

1. 100% Offline & Local Data Storage (No Cloud Dependency)

Loan Vault Pro is designed as a fully local financial management utility.

- All financial records, borrower/guarantor information, loan details, repayment histories, and transaction data are stored locally on your device using an encrypted Room Database.

- We do NOT own, operate, or maintain any cloud servers. Your data never leaves your device, ensuring maximum privacy for private lenders.

 

2. Permissions and Data Collection

To provide core features, the app requires specific device permissions. All data processed via these permissions remains strictly on your device:

- Biometric & PIN Security: Used solely to unlock the app locally. We do not access or store your actual fingerprint or face data.

- Storage/Media Access: Required to save generated PDFs (agreements, receipts, Excel reports), custom digital stamps, and captured signatures within your local Document Vault.

- Network State: Used to check connectivity for loading non-intrusive AdMob advertisements.

 

3. Advertisements (Google AdMob)

The app integrates Google AdMob SDK for monetization using non-intrusive banner layouts.

- AdMob may collect and use anonymous identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID) to serve relevant ads.

- Offline Support: When your device is offline, the app dynamically disables AdMob requests and displays a local promotional placeholder graphic, ensuring no tracking occurs offline.

 

4. Data Security and Encrypted Backups

Since your data is offline, you are responsible for its safety.

- The app provides a manual backup feature allowing you to export your data into a single encrypted file.

- You can manually transfer and restore this encrypted backup file across your own devices.

 

5. Third-Party Services

Aside from Google AdMob (for ads) and standard Android System APIs (such as WorkManager for background tasks and MPAndroidChart for local data visualization), the app does not integrate with any third-party data brokers or analytics platforms.

 

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Since the app is offline, any changes will be reflected inside the app's updated versions or store listings.
