  • Personal notes and health-related records

This information is stored only on your device in an encrypted database and is not uploaded to any HerSafe server.

Location data may be used to:

  • Determine your current position during an SOS event.

  • Include GPS coordinates in emergency messages sent to your trusted contacts.

  • Display location information on maps within the App.

Location access may continue in the background when emergency monitoring features are enabled.

c) Audio, Video, and Media Files

If you use HerSafe's safety recording features, the App may access your device's camera and microphone.

Any audio recordings, videos, or media files created through the App are stored locally on your device or in a storage location selected by you. We do not upload or store these files on our servers.

d) Device and Diagnostic Information

Third-party services used by the App may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • Device type and model

  • Operating system version

  • Mobile network information

  • Advertising identifiers

  • App performance and crash data

This information is collected and processed by the respective third-party service providers according to their own privacy policies.

3. How We Use Information

Information collected through the App is used solely to:

These providers may collect device identifiers, usage information, and advertising-related data.
